INTOSPACE BUILDS AT LELYSTAD AIRPORT BUSINESS PARK
LATE LAST YEAR, INTOSPACE® SUBMITTED THE ENVIRONMENTAL PERMIT APPLICATION TO START CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING AT LELYSTAD AIRPORT BUSINESS PARK (LAB). INTOSPACE® IS A REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER FOR THE LOGISTICS SECTOR AND WILL BUILD A COMMERCIAL BUILDING ON ANTHONY FOKKERWEG. THE TENANT OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER. THE BUILDING WAS DEVELOPED WITH SUSTAINABILITY IN MIND AND BLENDS INTO ITS SURROUNDINGS: IT WILL BE ANYTHING BUT A “BIG LOGISTICS BOX. CONSTRUCTION IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN THIS YEAR.
The new building will be realized on a plot of about 18 acres and has been carefully designed and thought out. Intospace® is developing multiple buildings at LAB, a warehouse with high-end offices and pavilions that fit into the landscape. Due in part to the sight location, these offices will have beautiful round shapes, green walls and thus connect to the park-like green zone that will be realized along the road.
