CONSTRUCTION GLP HAS STARTED<\/span>
\nat Lelystad Airport Businesspark<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

LAST WEEK, GLP AND BAN BOUW STARTED THE REALIZATION OF A NEW DISTRIBUTION CENTER AT LELYSTAD AIRPORT BUSINESS PARK (LAB). THE SITE IS CURRENTLY BEING PREPARED FOR CONSTRUCTION AND THE FIRST POLE IS EXPECTED TO BE DRIVEN THIS YEAR. <\/p>\n

GLP is developing new construction on Charles Lindbergh Avenue within the Flight District II subarea. Currently, the first phase is being completed and that involves a building with a gross floor area of over 37,000 m2. The choice for GLP to locate at LAB was made because of, among other things, its central location within the Netherlands and good accessibility, the site’s facilities and the same sustainability vision and ambitions.<\/span><\/p>\n

GLOBAL PLAYER<\/strong>
\nGLP is a global player for the leasing and operation of logistics and industrial properties. In this, they manage a large investment portfolio and serve a large area and a diversity of clients. These include both large logistics companies and leading manufacturing companies. GLP does not develop properties to sell after the construction phase. They retain the property to rent it out. For example, they also support accommodating clients who want to expand further and see in Lelystad Airport Businesspark a good location to expand the portfolio and target a new audience. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
